This session will take you through the steps CFIA inspectors follow from the time they select a facility to inspect thru to when the inspection is completed and you receive your Inspection Report.  You will learn about the resources available to you in order to understand the regulations governing our food system as well as the various mechanisms CFIA inspectors use in order to address instances of non-compliance with those regulations.
