The session will start off with networking and a discussion led by EMC Supply Chain/Productivity Expert Matt Weller. Matt will discuss productivity, the one metric that measures all efforts and interventions –process improvements, labour training, adoption of technology, and business strategies.
A tour of the Linamar PowerCor Plant will follow the session.
