Join historian of science Alexander Hall and medical anthropologist Cameron Murray for a journey through the weird and wonderful ways that they have helped scientists, corporations, and community groups untangle complex scientific information and navigate its successful communication. Cameron will share his experiences in helping healthcare providers reimagine clinical spaces in ways that focus on better listening to patients, and Alex will share his approach to the use of laughter in empowering people to reduce their carbon footprint. Whether you’re a scientist trying to connect with an audience or a science enthusiast trying to inform yourself about important topics like climate change and pandemics, let’s find our way together based on the research-informed approach of Alex and Cameron.

Session will begin shortly after 7:00 pm - seating is first-come-first-served. Additional parking is available at 490 York Road.
