Teens Dinner Cooking Class at Woolen Mill Kitchen

This will be a great class for adventurous teens who want to cook something a little different and enjoy a cuisine from a different culture. We will make sushi and gyoza to start, followed by a shabu shabu; a fun interactive Japanese-style hot pot where everyone at the table cooks the meat and vegetables in a flavourful broth called kombu dashi, alongside lots of interesting sides and sauces. Finished off by a surprise Japanese desert.
