After your application has been approved, you will be emailed a link to review your application and provide payment through this online form.

**Refund upon approval of the entrances installation, less amount expended by the County to bring entrances to County standards. Where the entrance has not been constructed and accepted by the County within one year of the date of the permit, then the permit shall be cancelled and the refundable deposit shall be forfeited. Contact the County of Wellington prior to permit submission for refundable deposit requirements for Commercial, Industrial and Institutional entrances. Please contact your Area Supervisor for refund.
Please Note: Permits are nontransferable and it is the responsibility of the applicant to call for inspection within one year of receiving the permit.
