Chef Scotty Yates is back at the distillery! This one is all about flavour, creativity, and versatility. For each class, Chef Scotty selects one of our spirits and builds a menu inspired by it, incorporating the spirit directly into the dishes.

It’s a unique, hands-on experience that explores how spirits can be used beyond the glass — from cooking techniques to flavour pairings you can recreate at home.
