Come Home for the Holidays this Christmas with Centre Wellington Singers!
Kick off the Christmas Concert Season with Centre Wellington Singers! The not-for-profit, all voice community choir is bringing their Christmas musical celebration to Melville United Church in Fergus again this year, featuring special guests The Elora Children’s Choir. Their first concert under energetic new director Melanie Steenburgh, the repertoire is a joyful blend of Christmas songs old and new, including the always popular Christmas carol sing-a-long with the audience, including the chance to join them in singing the Hallelujah Chorus this year!
Now in its 29th year, the choir has grown to an impressive 70 members, a testament to the dedication and love of music shared by singers from across the region. With its theme of “Home for the Holidays”, the show will also include stories and memories from holidays past recited by members of both choirs.
