Join us for an unforgettable summer evening celebrating the height of the harvest season with a thoughtfully curated farm-to-table dinner crafted by Chef Jordan. This al fresca dining experience is set against the scenic backdrop of our working farm, this intimate gathering will highlight the vibrant flavours of July with locally sourced ingredients, creative flair, and warm hospitality.
The evening begins with handcrafted canapés and a welcome drink, followed by a three-course plated meal and a post-dinner digestif to finish.
Optional wine pairing available for $40/person.

Appetizer
Summer Panzanella - A refreshing twist on a classic. Compressed watermelon and heirloom tomatoes layered with River’s Edge goat cheese and fine herbs. Finished with lemon vinaigrette, toasted seeds, and delicate microgreens.
Main Course
Smoked Chicken Thighs with Peach BBQ Glaze - Tender, pastured chicken from Harrington Lane Farms, glazed with a reduction of local peaches and maple vinegar. Served with:
- Grilled zucchini and pattypan squash with lemon and thyme
- Crispy smashed new potatoes with garlic confit
- Cherry tomato and green bean salad with shallot vinaigrette
Dessert
Strawberry & Rhubarb Cheesecake - A rich New York-style cheesecake topped with roasted strawberries and honey, crowned with basil-scented whipped cream and crushed hazelnuts.
