Event Information
Join us for a hands-on community cooking bee where we’ll turn surprise collection of seasonal vegetables into something delicious! Together, we’ll plan what to make, and prepare batch recipes while learning tips and trick for healthy seasonal eating.
Participants will get hands-on experience in preparing, preserving, and cooking in volume – with a focus on creativity, and reducing food waste.
We will also enjoy lunch together and have a jar of soup to take home!
Nourishing Connections will host a variety of food focused programs and activities for individuals in Guelph and Wellington County for community members 55+
