    Please join us for an exclusive Harvest Tasting Menu, hosted in the heart of our operation - the distillery floor, where our spirits come alive.

    Guests will be seated at an elegant long table by the stills, sharing conversation about how our ingredients are sourced and how our products are crafted.

    Chef Rick Duffy, along with Co-Owner and Founding Distiller Paul Lachowich, have created a seven-course tasting menu that celebrates the full, local flavours of the season, paired with cocktails featuring the luxurious grain to glass spirits we're known for.

    The Long Table experience includes seven courses, four cocktail pairings, and additional spirit samples. Due to the inclusion of alcohol, we kindly ask that you arrange for safe transportation home.
