Fall Equinox Flowers + Flow at The Saol Project

Join us on the farm to celebrate the fall equinox with an outdoor yoga flow and picking your own jar of local blooms. Our friend Laura from Common Ground (formerly Moonlight Yoga) will lead us in a beginner-friendly 45-minute yoga flow. Afterwards, The Saol Project farmers will guide you into the flower fields, just steps away, to harvest some blooms to take home.

Bring your own mat and water bottle. We’ll provide the instruction, jars, tools, and blooms!
