True Colours workshops use a personality assessment method based on four colours—Orange, Gold, Green, and Blue—to identify different personality types and improve communication, self-awareness, and teamwork in personal and professional settings. These interactive workshops help participants understand their own values and motivations and those of others, leading to more effective relationships, increased morale, and enhanced productivity.
