    About the Presenter:
Jennifer Lowthian is an operations and strategy leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations improve performance, streamline workflows, and grow sustainably. She has held senior roles across healthcare, retail, and telecommunications, and now leads her own AI consultancy.

Jennifer specializes in applying practical AI solutions to everyday business challenges, with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses. Recent projects include building a Slackbot for company SOPs turning 150+ static documents into instant, actionable answers for employees—and creating an AI-driven applicant screening system that saved recruiters hundreds of hours by automatically filtering qualified candidates.

With her unique mix of strategic leadership and hands-on implementation, Jennifer translates AI from a buzzword into a powerful tool for SMBs to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and give teams more time to focus on what matters most.
